Mr. Klingenberg received his Bachelor of Arts from Boston College and his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law, having graduated cum laude from Boston College and Dean’s List from St. John’s. He is admitted to practice before the Courts of New York and California. He is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association.
While at St. John’s, Mr. Klingenberg was Executive Notes and Comments Editor for the Journal of Civil Rights and Economic Development. His works have been published online, both on the Journal’s website (“The Employment Language Fairness Act: A Law Today That Can Bring Progress Tomorrow”) and THE JURIST, an online legal forum (“The Fifty-Year Tune Up: Two Words, A Historic Change”). His larger thesis was featured in the Summer 2016 in the print version of the Journal.
Mr. Klingenberg began practicing in the Trusts and Estates field in 2015 on Long Island, New York after a lengthy internship at a real property and litigation firm. In 2017, Mr. Klingenberg was named one of Huntington, New York’s “Thirty Under Thirty” distinguished young professionals, garnering various state and county honors and certificates of merit. His experience in the field, when coupled with his strong writing abilities, organizational prowess, and attention to detail, allows him to provide his clients with an exceptional and thorough estate planning experience.
